Hi, I'm Steph! Owner, Momma, Bills lover, and...

I’m a board-certified Adult Nurse Practitioner with over a decade of experience in emergency medicine, cardiology, geriatrics, and primary care. I graduated Summa Cum Laude from Daemen College and have completed advanced training in hormone optimization and peptide therapeutics.

My passion for integrative care comes from seeing too many patients feel dismissed or told their symptoms were “just aging.” I focus on evidence-based, root-cause medicine — especially in hormone balance, weight management, metabolic health, and regenerative wellness.

As a member of the Obesity Medicine Association and The Menopause Society, I stay current on the latest clinical advancements to provide personalized, thoughtful care.

My goal is simple: to help you feel heard, supported, and confident in your path to better health.

Hi, I'm Kristen!

I’m proud to support our patients here at 716 Integrative Wellness as the Integrative Medical Assistant. With a strong background in customer service, management, and hands-on clinical support as a medical assistant, I understand how important it is for every patient to feel welcomed, respected, and cared for from the moment they walk through our doors.

I believe in integrative wellness because it looks at the whole person — not just individual symptoms — to improve energy, confidence, and overall well-being. At 716 Integrative Wellness, I’ve seen how our personalized, whole-person approach helps patients make meaningful, lasting changes in their health and quality of life.

Hi, I'm Tristian!

I love making patients feel comfortable and at ease from the moment they walk in. I do this by greeting everyone with a friendly smile, staying organized behind the scenes, and helping appointments run smoothly so each visit feels effortless.

When I’m not helping patients, I spend much of my time playing multiple musical instruments and performing with my band. My love for music and creativity carries into my work, helping me build genuine connections with both patients and coworkers.

I look forward to getting to know you!
